Lina Point uses AI-powered agents to personalize your experience. This includes automated pricing adjustments, tour recommendations, and concierge responses. Your WhatsApp conversations with our AI concierge are processed to provide relevant assistance and improve service quality. You may request human assistance at any time by messaging "speak to a human."

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. Analytics data (page views, feature usage) helps us improve the website. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and booking data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Reservation records are kept for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes. WhatsApp conversation logs are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time (see Your Rights below).
